The design of YARD TEL AVIV's unique landscape represents no less than the perfect embodiment of engineering inspiration, creating an exclusive residential living experience with the best of both worlds: on the one hand, leisurely, tranquil family walks along the complex's inner pathway, surrounded by a flourishing garden; and on the other hand, easy access by foot to HaTsanhanim Street and all the best urban experiences the city has to offer. The inspiration for YARD came from the contour of the nearby Yarkon and pardsim Rivers. This led to the creation of a green lung with a unique path at its center that meanders, like a river, through the lawns, shade trees, and perennial plants. This entire path is accompanied by a 160-meter long bench of varying heights that winds through the park alongside it. TeMa – Urban Landscape Design
TeMA specializes in urban landscape architecture, proceeding from the understanding that the urban space and the boundary between landscape design and architecture serve as the basis and catalyst for the design and planning of each complex. The firm believes that every project and site deserves a unique, original design idea appropriate for its own singular characteristics – from the general concept down to the last detail.

Tehila Shelef – Design Architect
The project’s striking interiors are the work of acclaimed interior designer Tehila Shelef, who chose to emphasize refreshing innovation, with a touch of family warmth and a community atmosphere. The lobby serves as a space for ongoing dialogue between the bustling street and urban nature, as the park's winding path seemingly flows into the lobby through the use of rustic materials that draw the eye to the 3D wooden walls and the majestic high ceiling.
